Many of our clients are keen to get started on Social Media but are concerned about legal issues and the horror stories in the press.They aask if they should have a social media policy or if this is overreacting. I am not a legal expert and always encourage them to consult the experts in this area, as they would for a Health and Safety policy or an environmental policy. Each of those policies are all normal elements in running a business and should be aligned with the organisational strategy and culture.
