How many presentations have you snoozed your way through? Time and time again messages are not conveyed and potential customers lost through badly designed presentations.

Since its introduction in PowerPoint 2007 SmartArt has become an excellent tool to capture your audience’s attention and get your message across. SmartArt graphics can be used to add oomph to your presentations.

Follow  these simple steps and  in no time you will be creating  visually exciting presentations that no one will snooze through!

1. As with my previous post on Organisational Charts you begin by  Opening PowerPoint 2010 and selecting a new slide.

This is a new presentation so you need to change the layout to a “title and content” slide.

Your SmartArt Graphic should suit your key message. But remember a picture is worth a thousand words and with SmartArt maybe even millions!

As usual leave any comments I love to read them.
