Hello, I am Jane Leonard and I created Really Useful Training and Development because I believe in the value of learning and development both to people and to organisations.

At Really Useful Training and Development, we work with you to explore how people, customers, business, technology, and media may contribute or  impact your own business.

Our  philosophy is such, that we want to provide unique offerings that go far beyond traditional, formal training room activities. We will look at your current strategies to grow your business and develop your staff. In the workshop or training courses, we use a combination of business process tools, learning process tools and technology.

We have found that Performance improvements and better customer experiences are more easily achieved when we  encourage, enable, support, enhance and enrich the social and informal learning that is already taking place in your company.

It’s Not About Us – It’s About You

We do not deliver any off the shelf training. We don’t spend time designing training courses and then trying to match them to our clients. Our cost effective solutions begin with you and your particular situation and context. Only then, can we discuss how we can help you, grow your business, or address knowledge and skills gaps. This initial meeting and draft proposal is Free.

Sometimes training is not the answer.

When we work with clients, we often spot the processes or structural blockages that are the real reason you are not achieving your  particular  goals. If you need us to, we can work with you to redesign the process, if not we can be on our way.

Although, I have set a up business, those who know me, know, that I believe in the value of networking and sharing. If you have any questions or queries I will always try to help,so don’t hesitate to contact me.
